The older he gets, the more energetic he becomes. Dev Anand, the veteran Bollywood actor who has mesmerised the audience with his performances in films such as 'Guide', 'Kaala Pani' and 'Jewel Thief', says he still has many plans for himself and the film industry.

Dev Anand believes a creative actor is remembered by everyone even after his death, and insists a successful star ultimately wants to direct his own film.

On January 26, 2001 Dev Anand was awarded with the Padma Bhushan for his contribution to the Indian Cinema. He was also awarded with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
