month of Jul, 2010. No Monthly Form16A/27D. To be issued only
Quarterly.

2.Draft Point of Taxation (for Services Provided or Received in
India) Rules, 2010. To provided clarity & certainty in levy &
collection of Service Tax.

3.SEBI makes it mandatory for companies to disclose in 10 days
change of 2% or more of paid-up share capital of company after a
corporate event.
