Migraineis a true biological and neurological disease.Migrane is not caused by stress,depression or lifestyle.Sometimes it is considered as a psychological,but these all are myths.Migraine is a serious physical condition that can lead to permanent vision loss,coma and death.Migraine is a serious health problem that is affecting millions of people all over the world and every part of society whether it is rural or urban.In the migraine sufferers women are affected the most and some get it genetically.It can cause a great financial and personal loss to the patient of migraine.
Migraineurs not only have to fight a debilitating disease, but they also have to fight tremendous public ignorance and prejudice due to years of misinformation and disinformation.It is a serious neurological disease that should'nt be taken lightly rather it should be treated seriously.The migrsineurs should be allowed to be a part of society and productive contributers to the society.Proper guidance of doctor especially neuro doctors can prevent this disease.Proper medication,excercise,seven to eight hours of sleep can help the migraine sufferers to live life in a better way.

Migraine is such a dangerous disease.There are a lot of myths related to this disease and sometimes people suffering from migraine dont take it seriously as they say it is due to tension and depression.If they don't pay attention to this disease they can loose their eye sight and can cause other serious health problems.

Nowadays, a lot of medications in both homeopathy and allopathy take care of this and the earlier the treatment started the better it is.

I had been suffering from migraine for a while now and I took homeopathy for 4 months.. Now all my symptoms of migraine have gone.

Migraine is commonly caused by stress and fatigue and while it still has no official cure, it can be treated by lifestyle change and a balanced diet. Meditation techniques also help lessen the onset of migraine. You should also engage yourself to exercise, because as what I have read in an article, it stated that regular brisk exercise keeps hormone levels in better balance which helps to prevent a person from having a migraine.
