Its the best way to manage your diet and maintain a healthy body

1. Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods.
2. Enjoy plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
3. Maintain a healthy weight.
4. Eat moderate portions.
5. Eat regular meals. Skipping meals can lead to out-of-control hunger, often resulting in overeating.
6. Reduce, don't eliminate certain foods.
7. Balance your food choices over time.
8. Make changes gradually.

There are so many free-recipes websites available that you can never run out of ideas. Try to find some recipe makeovers like old family favorites that have been remade to be healthier. You still get the comfort you are looking for but in a healthier package.
