our body need different amount of different nutrients according to our body,age,activity,work and interest.womens need more iron and protein than mens because of there extra activity,and body....different nutrients like protein,calcium,iron,vitamins and minerals.these are the main nutrients and other nutrients are sodium,phosphorus and etc etc.these different nutrients plays different role in our body.they have different function.............share ur view and information regarding it
